プロフィール：

神奈川県で育つ。東京基督神学校卒業。カンバーランド長老教会さがみ野教会牧師として日本で１０年の牧会の後、テネシー州メンフィス神学校卒業。現在、ケンタッキーのルイビル日本語教会牧師。御家族は奥様の鶴子姉、お子さんは史花（ふみか）さんと、旅人（たびと）さんのお２人。趣味は、アウトドア全般、野菜づくり。

Profile:

Graduated from Tokyo Christian Theological Seminary. Pastored at Cumberland Presbyterian Sagamino Church for 10 years. Graduated from Memphis Theological Seminary in TN. Currently, he is the Pastor of Louisville Japanese Christian Church in Kentucky. Rev. Iwao and his wife, Tsuruko are parents to Fumika and Tabito. His hobbies are outdoor activities and growing vegetable.

Keishi and Andrea Kasuya (糟谷恵司、アンドレア）

Keishi Kasuya was born in Hyogo, Japan and graduated from Ritsumeikan University with a degree in business. His career with IBM spans widely over 37 years from engineering to marketing and sales and business strategy to global operations. He retired from IBM Corp. June of 2018.  Keishi established and began leading the VIP International Club Atlanta chapter since 2005. He became a member of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church in Marietta, GA in 2001 and was ordained in January 2010, serving as a deacon as well as leading JFBC’s outreach ministry to Japan. He serves as the chairman of Second Level board of directors. He is currently pursuing a masters in Missiology at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Andrea and has 2 adult children: Chris and Mari. His hobbies include: golfing, traveling and reading.

兵庫県生まれ。立命館大学経営学部卒業。日本IBM、IBM Corpにて、３７年間にわたり半導体開発、マーケティング、セールス、ビジネス戦略企画などを担当し、２０１８年の6月に退職。
２００１年に、キリストを救い主と信じ、ジョージア州マリエッタにあるジョンソンフェリー・バプテスト教会 (JFBC) のメンバーとなる。２００５年には、VIPインターナショナルクラブ・アトランタ支部を設立、その責任者となる。２０１０年1月に、按手を受け、現在も執事として奉仕しながら、JFBCの日本へのアウトリーチを導いている。セカンドレベル・ミニストリーの理事長を務める。現在、ニューオリンズ・バプテスト神学校で、宣教の修士課程を履修中。妻のアンドレアと結婚し、二人の子、クリスとマリがいる。趣味は、ゴルフと旅行。

Tim Ingle (ティム・イングル）

Tim grew up in the suburbs of Washington D.C. and now lives in Orlando, FL with his family. He has a BFA in Kinetic Imagery: Video and Animation from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a MA in Communications: Media, Faith and Culture from Regent University (VA). He has been working in media production for more than 20 years with a focus on animation production. Tim has worked on international television animation, pilots, music videos and commercials. He has had a love for the people and culture of Japan since childhood that turned into a calling in adulthood. For ten years Tim was the chairman of Let’s Love Japan, a media outreach organization to Japan. Tim serves in the media development of the mission of Second Level.

ティムはワシントンDCの郊外で育ち、現在は家族とフロリダ州オーランドに在住。ビデオとアニメーションにおいて美術学士を取得、またリージェント大学でメディア、信仰、文化におけるコミュニケーション修士学位を取得。映像会社で20年以上にわたり、メディア制作を中心に携わってきた。国際的なテレビアニメーション、見本フィルム、音楽ビデオや広告映像の作成にも関わった経験がある。幼少期から日本の人々や文化に興味を持ち、現在もその思いを神様は用いてくださっている。10年間、日本へのリーチアウトを目的としたメディア非営利団体「Let’s Love Japan」の総責任者を務めた。ティムはメディアを中心とした発展においてセカンドレベル・ミニストリーの働きを共にしている。

Madalyn Walters (マダリン・ウオルターズ）

God first gave Madalyn a love for Japan in college. Her love for Japan grew during this time by making Japanese friends, visiting Japan with them, studying the Bible with them, and studying the Japanese language. After graduating, she moved to Japan to teach English at a kindergarten. After this, she served with a church plant in Tokyo for almost two years. During this time, she befriended Japanese students who had studied abroad in Atlanta after they returned to Japan. She is passionate about multiplication and discipleship and has invested in Japanese people over the years by serving mothers, children, and college students through teaching English, Discovery Bible Studies, event planning, and friendship. She is also passionate about equipping believers in sharing Jesus with others. She serves as a Director of Mobilization.

大学時代に日本への愛が与えられた。日本人の友達と一緒に日本を訪れ、聖書を学び、日本語を勉強しながら彼女の日本への愛はさらに育まれていった。卒業後、幼稚園で英語を教えるために来日。 その後、約二年間東京の教会開拓ミニストリーに携わった。また、アトランタでの交換留学後に日本へ帰国した学生とも繋がり、関係を築いた。クリスチャンの成長と弟子造りに情熱があり、英語レッスン、ディスカバリー・バイブルスタディ、イベント計画、その他の交流を通じて母親、子供、大学生に福音を伝えながら日本人のために仕えている。また日本人宣教に携わる者たちにトレーニングも提供している。セカンドレベル・ミニストリーではディレクターを務める。

Yumi Morse Ikeda (池田モース優美）

鹿児島県生まれ。19歳の時に信仰を持つ。大学卒業後インマヌエル聖宣神学院入学。神学校卒業後 インマヌエル総合伝道団の牧師として4年間働く。2020年、BIOLA大学TALBOT神学校パストラルケア修士課程を卒業。日本でソウルケアミニストリーが広まることを目指し、セカンドレベル・ミニストリーにおいて、ソウルケアディレクターとしてソウルケアのセッションを提供している。

「日本人帰国者のためにできること」

我が家が日本で出会った帰国者から見た、海外でイエスキリストと出会った帰国者が通る心と現実の紹介をさせて頂きます。帰国していく存在との繋がりの中で、送り出し手としてできることを一緒に考えましょう。帰国者を通して学ぶことがあります。

Daisuke Tsuchida (土田大介）

1978年山形県米沢市に2人兄弟の長男として生まれる。2013年にPraise StationワーシップバンドメンバーとしてLAに行き、ホームステイ先で英語が出来ない無念さから、英会話を夢見るきっかけとなる。2015年聖書の学びのために37歳にしてサウスカロライナ州に移住し、語学学校で英語を学ぶも大苦戦。その後CIU(Columbia International University）の神学コースへ進み、2018年Biblical Ministryコースを修了。Hope Church(コロンビアSC)のMissionary Candidacy Training program（宣教師育成プログラム）を修了(2020年)。学生期間にノンクリスチャンの日本人学生を招くようになり、海外で変えられていく日本人との交わりを通し、海外での日本人ミニストリーの大切さを知り祈る中で、JCFNの働きへと導かれる。2019年に宮城県に帰国。2021年12月JCFNの主事として就任。妻啓（ひろむ）と3人の娘（ほのか、みふみ、あおい）の父。

Reaching Japanese by Renewing Our Mind

Jose Medina

Jose and Miki met in Tokyo, Japan in 2012. Jose was serving as a missionary with the International Mission Board (IMB). They both did ministry together and helped mission teams serving Japan, were active in a local church plant, and held Bible studies weekly. After getting married in 2015 Miki moved to San Antonio, Texas, they both still felt a call to minister to Japanese in Texas. In time, Miki started a mom’s group that met monthly. Now Jose and Miki will be working together to reach Japanese in San Antonio with Second Level Ministry as Japanese Community Outreach Coordinators.

ホゼ・メディーナ

ホセがインターナショナル・ミッションボード(IMB)の宣教師として東京にいた2012年に美貴と出会う。短期宣教チームのサポート、開拓教会での奉仕、バイブルスタディーなど一緒にミニストリーを行う。2015年に結婚し、テキサスのサンアントニオに移住。テキサスでの日本人伝道の思いが二人共に与えられ、美貴が読み聞かせ会を始める。現在セカンドレベル・ミニストリーの日本人コミュニティー・アウトリーチ・コーディネーターとしてサンアントニオ在住の日本人へのミニストリーを行なっている。
