メイン講師プロフィール
江崎公二先生
浄土真宗の家庭に名古屋で生まれる。日本の大学卒業後、アメリカの大学院在学中にイエス・キリストを救い主と信じる信仰を持つ。日系企業に勤めた後、セントルイス市にあるカベナント神学校を1993年に卒業。1993年11月より日本長老教会の牧師として名古屋と岐阜で22年間牧会活動を行う。2014年から2016年の間にRedeemer City to City主催の「都市における教会開拓セミナー」と「福音コーチトレーニング」で学ぶ。2015年の春、大阪に移り、現在は日本長老伝道会(Japan Presbyterian Mission)の伝道師として宣教活動を行っている。2019年4月からは、宣教パートナーとしてマスタードシード・クリスチャン教会大阪でも従事している。妻のマーシャとの間に二人の娘がいる。

大西邦嗣（ｵｵﾆｼ ｸﾆﾂｸﾞ）
大阪出身。日本人牧師の父と、韓国人宣教師の母の間に生まれ、大阪、奈良、京都で育つ根っからの関西人。
日本での神学教育の後、カルフォルニア州にあるタルボット神学校でSpiritual Fromation & Soul Careを専攻し、在米韓国人教会サラン教会の英語ミニストリーHOLYWAVEで牧会する。その後Cru（旧CCC）でイリノイ州立大学シャンペーン＆アーバナ校でアジア系アメリカン人中心のミニストリーの立ち上げに関わる。2016年、神戸近辺での教会開拓に導かれ現在に至る。日本の教会成長の鍵は、共同体形成を強調した弟子づくりにあると信じている「名前のまだない教会」牧師。妻スヨンの夫であり、娘２人の父。

講師：源和香子
沖縄出身。沖縄からカリフォルニア、ニュージーランド、ハワイでの生活を経て、現在は４人の子供達に恵まれてジョージア州アトランタに在住。高校時代に救われ、神様がいつも養ってくださっている事を確信している。失われた日本人の魂の救いと弟子訓練に熱い思いが与えられている。セカンドレベル･ミニストリーを通して沖縄へ宣教旅行へ出かける。協力主事としては、主にスカイプにてメンタリングや弟子訓練の学びを提供。

メンターがメンティーの賜物を用いるために必要なことを共に学びます。
講師：桃井亮 先生
大阪出身。
国立高知大学在学中にアメリカ・ダラスにあるChrist For the Nations Instituteインターナショナルコースに留学。大学卒業後、サラリーマン生活を経て、リバイバル新聞社の記者を経験。2009年、長年仕えていたホープチャペル大阪より送り出され、ジーザス・カフェ・ハウス（教会）を開拓。同時期に英語幼稚園を開園。同時期に英語幼稚園とを開園。50名以上の人が受洗に導かれ、2016年には教会堂兼幼稚園を献堂。現在全国６局ネットの「ゴスペル・レディオ・ステーション」というFMラジオ番組を2005年より継続中。クリスチャン書店の合資会社ゴスペル・ライト・ストア代表取締役。ミズノスポーツスクールで子どもたちに柔道を教えている。柔道三段。

In this workshop, we’ll discuss about: What mobilization is, who are mobilizers and what do they do, how mobilization works within the context of missions and local church, how you can become involved, and how mobilizing plays a crucial role in discipleship.

Matt is from Woodbridge, NJ. Matt accepted Christ at the young age of 4 and grew up in a family of 6. He has felt a call to missions and to reach people for Christ since he was 8 years old. Matt grew to love missions and getting to connect with people from others cultures, especially from East Asia. In 2007 God laid Japan on Matt’s heart and since then his passion and desire to see Japanese reached for Christ has only grown. Matt took his first step into working directly with Japanese as a volunteer with Second Level Ministry in February 2016. He is now serving as a Director of Mobilization.
Workshop 2: Mentoring and Small Groups

Jeremy serves as Discipleship Coach of Second Level Ministry. Jeremy has focused on the teaching of Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20 and Paul in 2 Timothy 2:2, to make disciples who will also make disciples of Jesus. His passion is to encourage and support Japanese believers in their ability through Christ to lead and make disciples of Jesus among their own people.
